What Sets Our RNA Apart

Cirena developed a commercially proven, modern, high-performance platform for the solid-phase chemical synthesis of long RNA up to 300 nt, far surpassing the capabilities of conventional RNA synthesis methods.

Powered by proprietary 2′-O-Thionocarbamate (TC) nucleoside phosphoramidites, our technology has provided robust, high-yield production of thousands of RNA oligonucleotides, including:

  • pegRNAs up to 250 nt

  • lncRNA subunits up to 300 nt

  • custom modified RNAs for enhanced stability, activity, and specificity

These sequences are purified with a single-step, affinity-assisted chromatography method developed in-house. The result is a streamlined, scalable workflow suitable for clinical-grade investigations.
